I would like to post but I'm really in a foul mood.

And so if I was going to post I would most likely complain about what a pain in the *** my oldest child is. I would end up telling you how he refused to get on the bus today because i took his money away that he wanted to take to school. And I certainly don't want to tell you how I had to grab his arm and drag him onto the bus. So I won't do it.

I also don't want to complain about how I hate November the 1st. Because if I complained I might have to gripe about how Jarrod woke up at 5 am to start eating his candy. Then i would have to gripe about how there was candy paper all over the den and how those stupid pixie stick powders were found on the rug...so I have to vacuum now So I won't complain about that.

And you certainly don't want to hear about my gripe with my insurance program. If I was going to complain I would have to tell you that the generic Zoloft is now the same price as the non generic used to be, and the non generic is now $50. I wanted generic so it would be $10, but noooooooooooo this stuipd friggin insurance is now charging the same price as the original used to be. ugh!

So since i'm in such a foul mood I'm going to stay away from the Resort until I feel like I won't be *****ing too much!

Woohoo for the birthday kids and trick or treaters!

Sorry to hear about the sick little one ....

Tara - Alyssa did send me some pics as soom as I fine a "G" rated one I'll post - haha - lets just say they all had "beverages" in the pics. Anyway - she said the party was great and that it was a good bunch of kids - all friends from high school - costumes were great too.
Chris worked last night delivering pizza - not his own job - he is filling in for his friend that is currently car-less. No trick or treaters here - our house is too far from the street.

I started looking at Dave's pics - brough back great memories of my trip last year to WLV!!

Had a work meeting this morning so gotta catch up on house stuff.....hugs all around!!!!

Pardon the interruption, but I just had to come here and brag about my DS James. A quick catchup. James is attending Youngstown State University in a 6 year BS/MD program. He started college in June of this year and just loves it. He had the opportunity to take a practice MCAT test this past weekend. He needs a decent score on the MCAT in order to get into medical school, so he thought that the practice test would be a good idea (even though he has not yet had organic or quantitative chemistry). He got the results back today. Apparently only one other student scored higher on the test. He needs a 24 on the "real" MCAT to gain admission to med school. He got a 21. To say that he got a tremendous confidence boost from this would be the understatement of the year. We could not be more proud of him.

I just had to share our great news.

We already knew he was being smart in college (if not cunning and sly) so it's nice to see it applies to acadmics also.

Jared is out with my mom & brother. She always takes the boys out for dinner for their b-days and then lets them pick whatever gift they want. We'll see what he comes with. He wants either X-Box 360 games, or an Ipod Nano.

My turntable is connected to my PC so I can convert my albums and 45's into CDs. Of course, I never find any time to do that. My BIL has converted his entire collection of vinyl records to digital. I should ask him to do mine.

The Memorial Day picnic is a distinct possibility. I am afraid that Helenabear might be otherwise occupied around that time and that Cedar Point might be out of the question for her. I really did miss seeing my DIS friends last May. Guess I should start buttering up the DW.
