I think there are a lot of folks posting a lot of War/Iraq stuff today, and we keep getting lost. I understand the need for it, but I come to the DIS for fun, so I will be doing my best to keep the Ya Ya's in the forefront.

I gotta admit, I haven't even looked at the CB today. I have 2 threads open & have just posted/lurked off and on all day. I get enough of the war stuff on TV/radio, so the boards are an escape. Well, until threads pop up w/ it as a subject. Oh well. I guess I can understand. So pardon me while I sit here and don't venture out any.

BTW, that Survivor recap I provided works for every week. Not just last night. So if you miss *any* episodes, just read it and you'll be caught up.

More golf talk.... must add testosterone into the thread. Oooo... or we could talk NCAA basketball. So, how bout that tourney? Orrrrrrr.... we could talk Nascar. They'll be here (near Ft Worth) next weekend to race. Can't get much more testosterone than racing and car talk!

I'm with you Jay. Trying to escape, and the CB is literally dominated by this stuff. I unfortunately work for a HiFi Company, so our office bldg is wired. There are TVs in just about every common area, and of course they are on.

Hey,do you Ya Ya s think if I called WDW Guest Services they would mail me those little white park show/schedule thingys? Trying to formulate my plan, and if I knew what was happening when, it would make it way easier.

Anybody got a number for Guest Services?

Jay ...nothing wrong with testosterone! Can't get into the car racing thing...but basketball??? Oh YEAH!!! i love it!! I played in my younger years...height helps! But I wasn'thalf bad! Played well into high school...then discovered boys....end of basketball! (As a player anyway!) I can still outshoot DH !!! Amazes my kids...they think I was born a Mom!!!

Hey.... I used to play basketball in my younger years too. And I wasn't half bad either! I was *all* bad! But it was a small town, so I got to be on the team. And the other guys were good. How good? State champs, thank ya very much!

I started watching Nascar many years ago when I found out I was related to one of the drivers by marriage. You know, so-and-so is married to so-and-so, who is married to so-and-so, who is married to so-and-so, and they're a distant cousin of the driver. Who? Which driver? Alan Kulwicki. He drove the #7 Hooters Ford and won the Winston Cup championship in 1993, but was killed in a private plane crash several months later.

Okay, enough sad stories. There's enough of that going around today.

Just a thought to pass along to all our Survivor fans.... You may want to be glad the NCAA tourney started this week and bumped the show up a day. I have a feeling they wouldn't show it tonight. Just a hunch....

Hey... speaking of Nascar, I'll be going to Winston Cup qualifying next Friday. Another solo trip (DW has to work & has school ). I need to go buy my ticket for it. Talk about a place to do some people watching!
