And you must report at least one dramatic happening per week, one per day if possible. ;)

So what happened to me that was dramatic today?
I fell asleep on the couch and DS got into the trash, sampling everything he could get his hands on  :crazy2: and scattering the rest around the kitchen. :rotfl2: :rotfl:

Ooh! I'll play...

I was coming home from a 2 hour trip to my mom's when DS vomited all over himself in the middle of nowhere. Here I am by myself (DH is away on a "boy's weekend) with 2 kids, 2 dogs and a car seat full of puke. So I finally find a gas station to pull over, and there's no restroom. Lovely. I change him and clean him up as best I can in the parking lot, in the freezing cold, change his clothes and get him back in. 15 minutes down the road, and he does it again.

I'm dis'ing for the rest of the night with a huge 'Ole bottle of wine beside me. :drinking1

Well, mine is not very dramatic, more annoying. My kids know better than to go through the trash ;) but apparently do NOT know enough to stay off the furniture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!! What is the deal??? They are using my couches as trampolines and the coffee table as a surf board.

This is what happens when you are going on the fourth day of being cooped up in the house due to 2 snow days and nasty cold weather! Whaaaaa! I want the snow to go away so my kids will too. :teeth: :rotfl2:

J/K for all those perfect moms out there who want to flame me.

:crazy2: Oh yes, the old vomit all over yourself and everything near you in the car while mom is cruising down the freeway with no place to pull over. :thumbsup2

I am so sorry! Your post gave me chills though and not in a good way :teeth: because we have been there so many times.   Drink the night away dearie, you've earned it.

Miller--oh lord I've been there. :) DS did that a couple of different times when he was a small wee.

momma4u--Awww. I kind of understand. It's been unusually cold/icy/icky here this weekend so DS hasn't gotten to go out and play like he usually does and he's been a little cranky because of it. :( Hopefully it'll warm up soon.

What kind of wine is that anyway? Can I have some? :teeth:

I guess since it's virtual wine, it can be whatever I want it to be.

Therefore, for me, it's a glass of Arbor Mist Melon. Woo! :cool1: party: :drinking1

hmmmm

well...mines filled with drama

so theres this girl....who used to be my friend...but shes a back stabber so now we strongly dislike each other

so she knew id be out of state on a friday..so she dicided to have a party for a club we are both in...and invite everybody, but me so on the night of the party....not many people showed up....my friend went and gave me the whole happenings...i kinda felt bad for her.............in some strange way.

this is a true story....i swear.

OK, so DH is driving DS to work, and on the way there, the car dies! So DS has to walk the rest of the way (probably 1/4 of a mile left) but it was 10 degrees!! Poor guy was probably frozen by the time he got to work!

Now I gotta figure out how to do all the carpooling and afterschool 'stuff' with no car, until we can see if we can get it fixed. DH takes the other one to work and leaves the house by 3:15!!!

There's always something!

That sounds good, I've never tried that one. I'll have to look into it!!

Anything that involves drama and mama in one sentence.... Where do I sign up? :teeth:

Okay, I'll play...

37 weeks pregnant and 24 hours without power! Trapped in the rec room (where we luckily have a wood stove) with three kids while DH is on second shift. Did I mention that my doctor had the nerve to leave the state to visit his aging mother? Not to mention they sent me to the wrong specialist that morning, so I was in a GREAT mood to start with! Nothing like an entire night and day trapped in a room with three whiny kids while the wind is knocking down trees and I'm cooking like Laura Ingalls Wilder! But hey, at least my kids appreciate electricity a little bit more, now!

Can I use my DD's drama or must I have my own????

DD and friends planned to go to a dance (semi formal) at school together. DD offered to have pics at our house. She was going to be gone all day and told them all they could come at 5:45 for pics. DD asked if we would have punch for everyone too. No problem. Girls and parents show up and inform us reservations are at 6:00 and they all need to go NOW. Not everyone is at the house yet either. Mom is ordering everyone to leave MY house NOW. Girl who made reservations was mad at DD and wanted to make her look bad for having pics at 5:45. I told the mom DD couldn't be ready any earlier and the girls ALL KNEW it. I told the mom it was not DD's fault and they were going to have pics and just be late for ressies.

She was not happy, but DH was livid. He had cleaned the house and got stuff for punch. The girls never even had any.

i am so in this. I came home from work mde everyone lunch then told DH i was taking a nap, ds6 ( the one with the fraztured leg in the spica cast) was sleeping. Ds2 was in his play area. He got out went into the kitchen and threw 12 eggs all over the place!!
whew woo good way to watch the baby dh

Remember, no drinking for you--you don't want to hinder your "recovery"... :rotfl2:

And yes, drama is most certainly a part a my life. Never ending I'm afraid!

OMG, it took me a minute to think about what you meant!

Great idea! I like this club :goodvibes

Let's see...I can start with my DH cancelling our anniversary weekend downtown (I think at the Four Seasons) because we're not getting along right now. He said something stupid a few days ago and I'm still ticked about it. And kiss goodbye the tickets to see the Joeffry Ballet performing Romeo and Juilet and the tickets to see Pompeii at the Field Museum.

Instead, I spent my weekend helping DD (16) make t-shirts for the girls on her squad. I really didn't want anything to do with them; I've had it with the poms and the coaches this year. She didn't ask me to help, she just expected it and then got mad at me when I didn't "hop to". Spent three hours yesterday and six hours today on them. I'll tell ya...if I never have to use fabric paint on a t-shirt again in my life I'd be just fine with that!

I already shared my drama for the day, but here it is Reader's Digest version: DS went to a friend's house in another town & called me because he said the mom had to leave. Made it seem like the mother made them go out in 10 degree weather with no ride home. I was upset. Found out today that he lied about the mother part and that it was all just a bunch of teen drama. :headache:

A funny bit of drama tonight: I called DS earlier to see where he was and I heard a weird sound in the background. He and his friends are at the laundromat getting warm. Okay, this is something my friends and I did when we were kids. But my kid is smarter than I was at that age. They collected a bunch of coins and they've thrown their hoodies in the dryers to get them all nice and warm so they can put them on and go back outside again. :rotfl2: OMG, why didn't my friends and I ever come up with that brilliant idea?????? :confused3 :lmao:

Thanks for starting the club, TOV! :thumbsup2
