My Dr. told to pick it up from Wal-mart or target, they have a whole section of braces, they have some made just for women, it is gray and pink, and small, got velcore strips to keep it in place.

He told me to wear it all the time for 2 weeks and then see it I felt better, and go from there as needed.

Now I don't wear it to bed, just when awake and I take it off to wash my hands.

This is what I did today. Did a 1.5 mile walk on a jetty in Boston harbor. So cold my left eye that was watering started freezing shut.....

I'd get my wrist(s) checked out by my doctor first. My braces came from the local pharmacy that has a brace/splint section. You can buy them without a Drs script, but many insurance companies only pay if you have a script.

But just tasting it as is, I could get the citrus flavor but it was not mellow like it will be...

But I am excited about the grapefruit and lime...

The lime sounds great!! I would mix it with some club soda and add a cherry

Yup I just googled and looks like it's the same. Some things you can buy w/o (like the crutches). Drats. I bet it'd cost me more to see the dr than I'd save by using the HSA (It's all my own money in there - no company match)

Works... I went CVS first and they told me to go to Walmart. They did not have the women version, only the big black ones for everyone.

Is the brace helping? I use a brace on my knee sometimes.

mine had got to the point where I could not pick up the skillet with my right hand, it would just give out.

At least with the brace on I can function. I can use that hand, it does make typing difficult, it put my hand in a stiff way and I almost have to rotate my whole arm to get fingers lined up on the keyboard.

OMG just back from the gym and that was one of the toughest workouts ever. He tricked us and told us one more thing and we were done but then we had to do another after. I just slumped on the mat when we were done. When he passed out the foam roller i slid it under my head and just laid there awhile.

Now I am too tired to eat... no energy to pick up my arms. they are ersting on my chair and it's the only way I can type

where's the passed out smiley?
