So is it the weekend yet? I'm looking forward to football on Saturday and then maybe some Christmas shopping on Sunday. I am usually much further along with my shopping by now. But we have had so much going on the past couple of months that I feel like I haven't been able to stop and take a breath, much less shop

Thanks both of you. Trying to do some work from home. Finally convinced them to let me do that much. I am hot and cold fluctuating body temp. Sore throat, sinus drainage, temp of 100.2, back pain is there. But other than that I guess ok, I am alive I think! lol

Looks like none of us are having any fun today! I called my bank yesterday to report a missing. Credit card. Went to go get gas today, as I was on empty, and it turns out they froze my entire account. Called them up and they admitted they made a mistake but without my account info they couldn't unlock it. Despite me answering all my stupid security questions and giving my debit card info. I was so angry I was crying and the guy just apologized and hung up.

technically he didn't hang up on me, I said i guess theres nothing you can do? and he's like sorry ma'am, and i'm like ok... he's like thank you for banking with us, then hung up.... gr.... he listened while i was practically sobbing, saying nothing. its all resolved, and i should've spoke to a supervisor, but they put the hold on my debit card, not the missing credit card, even though I called the credit card support line, and said credit card. should I call back now even though everythings fixed?

so i called back, and they're launching an investigation and filed a complaint in my name, and she apologized, and was a lot nicer than anyone else i dealt with, so i feel better about my life now.
