Just tried clam chowder. Can't believe I'm gonna say this cuz it's gonna make me sound silly but id like clam chowder much more without clams in it......

So you like potato chowder...

LOL - too funny. I like clam chowder OK but I don't like when they use really big chunks of potato in it

So between the two of us, it would be just broth

I was cleaning, and I went out the back door to open the gate to put in the trash can. I looked at the door and noticed the stick was up against the door. Never thought more about it til I wanted to come in. Every door and window was locked and shut tight. The dogs looked at me like are you coming in? Or are you going to let us out. I saw a bunch of people digging around the corner, and one of them was kind enough to let me use their phone to call Chris. It was about 45 mins. 15 minutes later it started to rain..

I'm glad that he was close enough to get there before the rain started

I am so glad that you made it back in before the rain and that Chris is that close. it would take almost 2 hours in my case....

At least you know the place is locked up tight!

He wasn't close, he was at least 35 miles away. He left all the hoses at the house he was cleaning.. I even tried to break a window with a hammer. You know what? It didn't even put a ding in the window..

He wasn't close, he was at least 35 miles away. He left all the hoses at the house he was cleaning.. I even tried to break a window with a hammer. You know what? It didn't even put a ding in the window..

Here's a fun window story. When I was 5 I was running late to my next door neighbors birthday party. Well in my clumsy fashion somehow I tripped and put my entire right arm through the glass door. Big scar. Got plexiglass. Or so we thought. Fast forward to me at 17 running late for piano lessons. Going up the stairs to the door, trip fall, and you guessed it, same hand went through the window. Window wasn't plexiglass. So now all glass doors got replaced in the house just in case I had a mind to trip trough them again.

But it's a good thing you couldn't break in with a hammer! Now you know thieves can't either. Although I'm sorry you got locked out. Really sucks. I've done it a bunch of times.

My moms power freaked today when I was there. Dim lights. BRIGHT lights. Popping burned out lights. Surge, then some outlets at half power . Things freaking. Now we have the power off while we try to fix it. It's freezing. Think the main line from the pole to house has a something wrong with it.
