It's complicated but I agreed to go somewhere tonight.

And ugh he had a slight accident on the way home. Noone's hurt and the other guy's not filing a claim... But Matt's front bumper is a bit scraped

Well, I'm back from my follow-up appointment. It went pretty much like I thought. She prescribed another medication and said to come back and see her in 5 weeks. I'm OK with that. The pain has backed off and the other issues seem to be calming down too. No need to be cutting me open just yet
Of course she did say that if the pain comes back at all to get an appointment to see her right away.

I have a feeling that 6 months from now this thing will show up again and at some point I will end up having surgery on it. But at least if it does, I can go straight to see her and not go through my primary care doctor, etc first.
