Welcome letter and invitations

Hi there DISigners... My husband and I are preparing to take my girls for their first trip to WDW in April!!! We will be staying in the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge (April 27-May 2).

I'd love to create a welcome letter and dining invitations to add some magic to their trip. However, I have no clue how to get started! I've found samples online, but can't figure out how to customize them. Any help would be wonderful!

I would love a family welcome letter to the Fisher Family with a Mickey and Friends theme.
And would love invitations to:
-Chef Mickey's for dinner on April 27th at 5:25pm - this will also be my birthday so a "Happy Birthday Mommy" added on would be great!
-Be Our Guest restaurant on April 29th at 5:05pm.
-Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast on April 30th at 8:05am - I'd like the invite addressed to both girls, Maya and Leila & "please wear a special gown" to dine with the princesses! We'll also be celebrating Leila's 3rd birthday on April 30th.

Arkershus lunch
Cinderellas Royal table lunch
Bibbity Bobbity Boo
Be our Guest Dinner
Tusker House Breakfast
Hollywood and Vine Breakfast
Cape May breakfast

My daughters names are Zoe and Izzy.

If you could make any of these I would really appreciate it!
