Welcome Home Phone Call

Hi Everyone. Today I have scheduled my Welcome Home phone call from Disney. It said to expect 30 minutes. Is there any questions or information I should try to get on this call? I already know I have to ask how to log in and pay, as I already got my bill for my direct points and couldn't figure that out. Any tips please let me know.

Just enjoy the call. They will go through how to book your vacations and answer any questions. This is all stuff that you could figure out for yourself, but it is a nice touch by Disney to have a knowledgeable person on the line helping you. If you run into any specific questions later, you can always call Member Services (or ask here).

We made a list of questions we had for the CM, but they were so thorough, they answered all our questions before we even got to ask! Very informative and helpful. Enjoy!
