Welcome bags

For those of you that are doing welcome bags, when & where do you plan on giving them to your guests? Can you make arrangements with the hotel to have them in the guests rooms when they arrive?

Hi disneymom1122,

I had Welcome Bags for my families and I think they are a great idea, our families loved them plus some of the items came in handy during the week You can deliver them to the front desk at the resort they are staying at and they will deliver them to the guests room.

We had a lot of fun stuff in ours like MNSSHP was coming up so we put a halloween character in everyones bag, we put mini bean bag characters, tums, band-aids, triple antibiotic ointment for those blisters, rain ponchos, advil, various little toiletries, plus we put our welcome letter and itenerary in a folder and put that in the welcome bag also.

They were a huge hit
