I was just wondering how you all go about getting your welcome bags to your guests? How do you deal with those staying "off" property. I am planning a May 2009 wedding at the DLR. I am concerned about driving to every Ramada Inn in Anaheim. (I usually don't have a car when at DL :) )

Thanks for all your help!

We're only delivering them to people who stay on Disney property, and handing them out to the people who are staying off property at the Welcome Party. I don't know how much you could trust off property hotels to deliver them... Not to mention you could spend an entire day just driving around Orlando dropping them off! ;)

The Day We Got To Disney We Went To The Resorts On Property That People Were Staying At,and Dropped Them Off At The Guest Relations Desk, Each Bag Had The Guest Name And Arrival Date On It. The Staff Delivered Them As The Guest Checked In, As For The Ones Staying Off Property The Ones That Went To My Rehearsal Dinner I Gave It To Them Then, Otherwise Off Property People Didn't Get One.

Thank you. That is what we are leaning towards as well.
