weird dreams

ok I had a hard time sleeping last night and when I did finally get past my morbid thoughts I had bizarre dreams for the rest of the of the morning.


This was a doozey though. I was driving down the road and saw this kid playing basketball, there was a bear with him standing on his back legs and the kid was acting like he was his best friend. then when I got home ( not my home ) I looked out back and there were all these bears roaming around in the woods outside my house. then there were all these other animals out there... then I looked up and saw all the fighter planes that were going to fight all the animals...

I dozed off this morning while watching Fox News and apparently incorporated the news into my dream. We were in Iraq for a pleasure trip (? how weird is that) and we got word that Saddam Hussein just blew up a building we were near. The airport closed down so we couldn't leave. We were trapped there.

And then - we saw Saddam Hussein himself getting out of a car and running into a building with a Thrifty Car Rental sign. I asked DH "That was Saddam, wasn't it?" He said yes it was. Saddam was wearing a bright blue polo shirt and khakis. Very casual.

I think the Feds need to start looking in the car rental stores in Iraq, maybe he's there.
