The one thing that concerns me is that I have to travel on business a couple of times this month and have no idea how to stay on track as going out to eat with clients is an essential part of the trip.
Any suggestions for not completely blowing it under these circumstances? I would be happy to just not gain so that I don't have to work my way back down again.
I'm having the same challenges. For me, the key is planning ahead. I'm at the same place the whole time, so I've printed out the menus already so that I can plan my meals ahead of time.
