Weight from pounds to grams?

Hi. I am not that good at math, but I am watching an old weight loss show.Biggest Loser, Australian. A girl gained 100 grams, convert that to pounds please.

1 Pound = 0.45359237 Kilograms

1 Kilogram =2.204622622 Pounds

You can do these types of conversions in Google as well. If you type "100 grams to pounds" in the search box, it will return "100 grams = 0.220462262 pounds" on the next page.

This also works for currency conversions. If you type "1 Canadian Dollar to USD", it will give you todays exchange rate ("1 Canadian dollar = 1.000801 U.S. dollars").
