We will be using wegoshop for our upcoming trip. How far ahead should I fax or email my order ? Although we are arriving late on the 20th. I don't want our delivery until the 21st. Thanks again!
 
I placed my order about 2 weeks before the delivery date and got the time I requested. We're arriving this Friday, and I have Sat. as the delivery date since we don't move into our 2BR until then.
 
I sent my request about a week ahead. It went very smoothly, we were very pleased and intend to use them again. They don't know when you're checking in; they just want to know when you want delivery.
 
In the past, we've always called Marge before we place the order so she knows it's coming..

Usually she wants the order 2-4 weeks before your arrival date. (It all basically depends on how busy she thinks will be...)

I'd recommend just giving her a call..
 

I would say the sooner the better, as she may get booked up. We are checking in 10/27 and she wanted our order by 10/1. We had a rather large order for 10 people in a GV.
 
Thanks for your replies I will go ahead and call Marge today and send my order by Friday!!!!
 
I emailed Marge this morning and then called this am and tonight and left messages. How long does it usually take her to resond? Thanks!

I called 3 weeks out to set up an appointment for grocery delivery. I e-mailed her a grocery list a few days later. A few days before we left, I wanted to make some changes to our list, add a few items and delete a few, so I called her to tell her I was e-mailing some changes. No problems whatsoever.
 
I think it took her a couple days to respond to my first email. If she is busy with shopping and deliveries, she may not be able to return your call right away especially if she knows your dates aren't immediate.
