WeGoShop Question

Hi all! We are travelling with another couple in just 3 short weeks. We're all staying at POP Century (separate rooms). To save money I"m considering using WeGoShop for water/soda/snacks for the rooms. We're bringing a soft sided cooler instead of springing for the fridge.

Here's my question. We land in Orlando at 5:10 pm and are using ME. Once we check in, we were gonna head right back out again to catch Wishes and Illuminations that night. If I use WeGoShop, how do I schedule the delivery? Can I have it just deliver to the front desk of the hotel?

The couple that run this service are terrific and have excellent relationships with the hotel. They arranged to put our food with the front desk and have the cold stuff refrigerated until we were ready to unpack our groceries. Just call them or fax them with your request.

Just a tip I recently discovered. We are considering doing the same thing. I checked prices at wegoshop and at goodings.com. If you order directly from goodings (a local grocery store) they will deliver for only $10 (with a minimum order of $50). The charge for wegoshop is $20. Just FYI!

We have shopped at Goodings before and it is VERY expensive. DH commented on the prices to the cashier and she said that she didn't even shop there because it was so expensive. WeGoShop will shop where you tell them to. We are going to have them use WalMart. You might come out better still using wegoshop even with the higher delivery charge.

There is always the Trading Post store at FW! They stock all the basics for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the campers who are staying there.

I have been told there are stores set up at other resorts (ex. BDWLK) that have suites w/ kitchens.
