New to Universal (have stayed Disney several times). Looking to stay at Portofino and will visit parks over 3 days.. Booked room and now waiting for discounts. Will buy tickets from UT. May buy AP for one of us if it's worth it for better room discount.
Looked on a free crowd calendar and we are looking at 6s and 5s. Will easter crowds/spring break be gone by then? There is also mention of Grad Nights and Mardi Gras on calendar (last year Mardi Gras was extended). How much will these events add to the crowds? Is Grad Night after hours event? Does parks close early for these events?
