well hope everyones weekend is moving along slowly instead of speeding by like usual.

this am
woke to cows out!:mad: so spent 2 hours chasing them in
cleaned the kitchen table and corner of living room
ran dishwasher and washer last load for both!!!!:cool1:
fb email and dis'd

left to do
figure out lunch
battle headache
pick up Levi from camp
dinner???? need to do grocery shopping this week badly

Sunday
organize and clean out cupboards
have levi finish his room
fill bathtubs, water coolers, water bottles
tom and eric to dig out the spring
enjoy doing very little on my last vaca day.

Well you got your exercise in for the day :) Things going better?

Last few days I am finally seeing results!! :cool1::cool1: Everything is now fitting inside my body frame :cool1: my clothes look too big!!

We are off to a dance team meeting.

Rachel that I did. I noticed I wasn't as winded going up and down and up and down my hill so I know I'm getting somewhere. I was supposed to weigh and measure this am but have put it off. I'm noticing a difference in the way my shorts fit so something is going on.

DH is off tomorrow so no idea what will happen then
 

Reddy I've been doing a lot of yoga and strength training. The wii has a jack knife move that's a modified situp that you move upper and lower halves of your body. i need to kick up the cardio a bit more and get back in a pattern again,

I want to be a bum but i just want to sleep all day.
 
My weekend exists of worked friday night 7p to 7a and during work walked 5 miles(wearing a pedometer for a contest at work), then came home and went to sleep and woke up to a very loud thunder storm at 2pm then back to bed at 230 then up at 430 to spend time with the family then back to work and do it all ove again and repete for Sunday also. Wish I could scrap but it will have to wait til we get back from WDW.
I can't believe we leave in a little over 2 weeks and I can't seem to get myself ready. Next weekend will be better. I'm off friday saturday and sunday

That is so awesome! I dont do weight and measurements, just clothing, i read an article somewhere about weight not being an accurate measurment when you are trying to loose weight/get fit, building muscle adds pounds and different times of the days,different days can give you different results, so just trust in actual measurements and forget about the actual weight part :) and when I see people I havent seen in awhile and they say something. :goodvibes

You should try Jillian's 30 day shred, she has some great moves, high impact and low impact 20 mins a day is great!
 
Rachel I'll have to look for that one. Time is the biggest issue. I definately don't put a lot of stock in the scale more just to moniter. It definately goes up and down majorly, i do always weigh in first thing in the am so it gives a bit of the same time. I have and overall weight goal but a size goal as well.

Just got home from camp and he's wiped out and GRUMPY and the younger brother is not helping it.

I brought the X_Factor dvds - almost got the 30 day shred
I think I want more of the tone look - build muscle for the long run instead of just sweat
I"m back on Aktins - if I just stay on Aktins I would be fine it is just everytime I turn around DH wants to take the boys someplace then pulls into McDs to eat that is a big problem
 
OMG, it's so hot here! Morgan had her sewing class this morning. I did a little clearance shopping at Jo's. Met Holly for a quick hand-off in her neck of the woods (she lives near where M's taking her sewing classes).

Met DH at the furniture store to see about a new couch/love seat and chair. Ours have had it and it's tax-free weekend next week ;) Went out to lunch, got a few things at the grocery store and we're in for the night. May go out to another couple stores tomorrow to see what we can find. Have to figure out if we can fit a smaller sleep sofa in there.

:thumbsup2 shes awesome, i haven't made it to level 3 yet, but i think i am going to start this week. 20 mins is not a big deal in the morning so it totally works for me.I also have a 20 min windsor pilates that I like to do, help with core strengthening. i will have to figure something out to up it, but a friend (KKbeaton) has done a lot of her dvds and has had get success. :goodvibes

its a scorcher out there today! bought a 3 ft deep pool. and a a little kiddie one for the baby- girls are enjoying that right now, waiting for the ADT guy to leave to put up the big one!
 
Christy and Rachal, Congrats on the successes so far and keep up the good work!

I am heading downstairs to sort some stuff in the basement, Josh is really pushing to get it cleaned and organized so he can start putting up walls! They have really accomplished alot without me so far, but they want me to go through my things, so much stuff accumulated over the past 15 years!

morning all need to do my measurments it's been a long week and hetic so food choices havent been what they should have.

Rachel yeah for pools I miss ours goat caught her horn in the pipe and riped it. I'll look for the dvd this week!
Jen it's insane here for heat! I'm sweating just sitting still.
Reddy I wish I could stick to Atkins but I have don't have the will power to totally eliminat the carbs so I eat tiny bits.

off to do something today! we need to clean out the spring badly but I can't pin Tom down long enough
 
just got back from Sam's Club - talked DH into letting me run into Micheal's really quick - black & white cardstock & adhesive
now DH is off to the grocery store for what we didn't get at Sam's
