Weekday seminars epcot food and Wine 2015

Can anyone tell me where I can find the schedule of events? I believe that DVC members, etc. can start making reservations on July 24th, but I can't find the list of dates and classes. Thank you!

Culinary demonstrations are daily at 1, 3, & 5. Mixology seminars are daily at 6. Wine & Beverage seminars are daily at 12 & 4 and also at 2 on Fridays and Saturdays. All cost $15 per guest.

Beyond that, schedules haven't been released for these events as far as what chefs, foods, and beverages will be seen when. Hopefully, that information will show up in the next few days!

What are the Culinary demonstrations like? What is involved in it?

I've only been to one. We sat at long tables, and watched a live demonstration. We were each served a nice glass of wine, and there was a short talk by a representative from the winery. I had my 10 year old daughter with me, and so I had 2 glasses of wine! And after the food demonstration, we were served a very generous sample of the food being prepared, and provided with the recipe. The speaker/chef was available to pose for pictures afterward. It was a great time, and certainly worth $15.
