Weekday Afternoon Waits for Meet Anna and Elsa/Olaf?

Any idea/guesses what to expect for afternoon wait times to meet both Anna and Elsa and then Olaf on a weekday afternoon in October? I have been reading that it is best to get a FP for Anna/Elsa first thing in the morning and then head straight to Olaf but my daughter wants to get a makeover at Anna and Elsa's Boutique and then do meet and greets. I planned on making a lunch time appointment at A & E Boutique and then heading straight to meet and greets. Are the FP's usually gone by afternoon for A & E and the line trackers for Olaf are scaring me!! We will be visiting the third week in October and plan on doing CA either Wednesday or Thursday if that matters any! Thanks in advance for advice :)

We did something similar two weeks ago - it was a Sunday, not a weekday, but the experience shouldn't be too different. I had run over to DCA (we started the day at DL) around 9:30 in the morning to get FPs for Radiator Springs and A&E, with the A&E Boutique booked for 1:00 pm. The return time for A&E was, like, 10:05 am. Obviously, that wasn't a workable time. So, when we left DL to head to the A&E Boutique, I sent my husband for FPs for the M&G. At 12:50 pm, he got a return time of 1:50-2:10, which was perfect. Once we got there, we waited about 25 minutes.

Olaf doesn't have FP any more. We waited almost nothing to meet him, but it was very early in the day.

Today at about 12:00 we got Anna and Elsa fast passes for 12:30. The line for Olaf was about 10-15 mins all week any time we went past.

Wow! Are the line apps completely unreliable at DLR? We have been checking both touring plans and mousewait all week and Olaf is always 60-70 minutes!!!! That is such a relief-I'm thinking if the times above are August wait times we should experience the same or shorter the third week in October--am I right?
We plan on starting the morning in DLR so grabbing the FP for A & E on the way out is no problem at all! I just didn't want the FP to already be gone for the day and we could do the meets in the morning but my daughter insists she be done up from her makeover :)
I am thinking about getting Photopass this trip so they will make for cute pics!!

Where are you seeing olaf on touring plans? I cant find him to put on my plans at all. Dont see anything on the current wait times either.

Sorry-my mistake-Olaf is not on touringplans-just A & E. The Olaf times we have been checking were from Mousewait!
