Week before Christmas- Fastpass Strategy? Help!

i need help with Fastpass strategy for the week before Christmas (Dec 16-23). We are staying off site and not sure what the crowds will be like to plan a strategy of what times to start using fast passes? Does anyone have experience going the week before Christmas ? Any additional information is welcomed.
