Yes, I did the 1-mile Walk Away The Pounds. Since I haven't exercised regularly in over a year I want to start slowly getting back into it.
Today (Thursday) I did 15-minutes on the treadmill and I'm going to do another 1-mile WATP before I take my shower to get ready for work so that'll be 30 minutes today, better than yesterday.
