Does anyone know how to reach the bakery dept. that makes the intimate wedding cakes? I have some questions b/c I found a different cake topper I would like to use, but I'm afraid it's too heavy.

You will probably need to route any bakery questions through your EM unless you are really persistent about contacting them directly. Using your EM is easier anyway for the most part.

I've e mail my em about it and she never answers her phone so I thought it might be easier to do it myself.

This is a link to another thread about cakes. They may help you there. Also, it is in the Grand Floridian. You may be able to call the resort directly and they can help with a number from there. I tried to find it out in the internet world, but I didn't see it anywhere.
