My dividers are plastic and have pockets on both sides for reg size paper. I bought 2 sets so there are 2 layers (if that makes sense). They're great because they won't tear and I'll be able to reuse them whenever. The sections I have:
~Dis Website Info (info from DFTW site & wishbook: desc, etc.)
~DFTW Guides (also from DFTW site)
~MouseWeddings.com (info about locations: min/max ppl per venue, etc)
~DFTW Appt (most recent appointment info, i.e. planning session)
~Food/reception (menus and layout to help with seating chart)
~Budget/BEO
~Breakfast (we're doing a breakfast the next morning with guests, i.e. notes from calls, menus, etc)
~Rehearsal Dinner (emails, notes, menu, contract)
~Videographer
~Photographer
~Hair/Makeup
~Cake Topper (we're using topperswithglitz.com so I wanted a separate section for options, pricing, fonts, etc)
~Gifts (Parents, bridal party...I would print things I saw online then write notes on the corresponding pages if I called for more info)
~Honeymoon (hotel info, flight itinerary, meal plans)
~Bridal Party (dress info for girls, tux info for guys, etc)
~Receipts (I have the last tab with nothing there except another plastic velcro folder that has three holes on the left side. EVERYTHING I buy wedding-related and have a receipt for, I put in there...it's saved me a couple times when I needed to return stuff.)
I also have a flash drive that I don't leave home without. I'll drag a shortcut to webpages I'd like to keep and put them in a corresponding folder. I have a separate "Wedding Info" folder and that's subdivided into dozens of folders that somewhat match my binder:
~Breakfast
~Bridal
~Bridal Party
~Budget & Legal Docs
~Cakes
~Centerpieces
~Ceremony
~Dessert Party
~DISNEY (ex: clipart, guides, tips)
~Favors & Gifts Ideas
~Flowers
~Honeymoon
~Invitations & Paper Fancies
~Music
~Photography
~Reception
~Rehearsal Dinner
~Videography
~Wedding Website (thumbnails for uploading, etc.)
Yeah, I'm a nerd haha.
Hope this helps!
