Diamond Horseshoe isn't a buffet, it's served family style. Exact same menu as Liberty Tree Tavern, they share a kitchen.

Really? It's the same food? They talk like there's a carving station and all. Hmm. Well I'd still love to see pictures. Anyone have some?

Diamond Horseshoe isn't a permanent restaurant, it's only opened for overflow TS dining during Aug/Sept free dining and maybe around Christmas.

Menu from Diamond Horseshoe:
Smoked Pork Loin
Carved Beef
Roasted Turkey Breast
Macaroni and Cheese
Herb Bread Stuffing
Market Vegetables
Mashed Potatoes
Seasonal Cobbler served warm with Ice Cream

Liberty Tree Tavern dinner menu:
Tossed mixed Greens, Roasted Turkey Breast, Carved Beef and Smoked Ham with Mashed Potatoes, seasonal vegetables, herb bread stuffing and Mac and cheese. Apple crisp with Ice cream

The one for DH seems to have left out the salad, but I bet there's a salad.

the pizza and dessert at via napoli were wonderful. however i hope they get the kinks out of management/service/normal entrees before "grand" opening.
