for our grandchildren, when we arrive. Maybe a card from Mickey & Minnie, a balloon, some candy...

How do we do this? Do we go through MS?

I know walt disney world florist will deliver something. I have never used them personally, but it's an option. Not sure about MS. I'd be interested to find out as well.

It might not be possible to have it waiting in your room when you arrive, since the resort often doesn't assign a room until you check in. In that case, you could arrange to have it delivered within a few hours of your arrival.

Peggy really isn't doing baskets anymore, sad to say. She did a terrific job and I know a lot of us look forward to her being able to resume her business. However, I did get to try WDW Florist last Sept. They did a great job also. Because rooms aren't available until you check-in, they can't leave something in a particular room. You can have it delivered later in your stay, say the day after you check-in. Or, and this is how it was handled for my dd, they will hold the basket at the front desk and present it to the recipient when they check-in. My dd felt quite special, walking through the lobby with her gift basket, full of great stuff and balloons. Overheard a little girl ask why she wasn't getting one of those!!! The mom told her that that little girl must be very special indeed to get something so terrific...maybe she was a celebrity or something!!! Too funny. But I would give WDW Florist a call...they can put just about anything in a basket for you.

I just ordered from wdw florist, it was expensive, but I got the DVC welcome home thing, with 2 mugs, goodies and a movie, thought my son would enjoy it in the room, (so would I!!) I will post back in January how it was!!

gifts of a lifetime will buy whatever you want - with their personal shopper.
