We land at SNA at 10:18am. I'm assuming we can be in the parks by noon. We have WOC lunch ressies at CC at 3:20. Biggest priorities are to ride RSR and see Aladdin, but coming in at this time what would you do? My DH hasn't been on Toy Story yet and will love it. Soaring and Screaming are favorites of ours. We have never seen Cars land at all. We have several more days in the parks so if we miss something hopefully we can see it later in the vaca.

Thank you so much for all your help!

Have you downloaded the new Disneyland app? It seriously helped us navigate and decide if and when we were going to use the standby lines or Fastpass. I also used, for the first time, Ask Otto - their automated phone service that let's you say the name of a ride and it will tell you how long the standby line is, whether there are Fastpasses available and what the return time is for available FP's . The number for Ask Otto is on the Times Guide they hand out when you enter either park.

The RSR FP'S are a bit tricky still, they aren't running out as quickly, but they stop distribution if the ride is temporarily down. I'd look at the time when you pass the FP distribution spot, near the entrance to Bugs Land. You will probably be looking at an evening time slot, but the ride is awesome then! If you are able to avoid the entire area until evening, it all looks better at night!

Screamin has FP available, but I don't love the trek to the Pier area, so wait til you are ready to explore the whole area in the Pier to grab those. Toy Story is down there and has no FP line, so it's standby for all! Anything under 30 minutes is considered a reasonable wait for this one! Grab a drink and a pretzel for the line!

We observed that Soarin FP'S only allow you to skip the outside portion of the line, so if there is no outside line to wait through, you'll have the same advantage as FP holders. Same with Indiana Jones in DL! You just merge right away with the standby line.

Aladdin is a great show and I just couldn't make myself prioritize it on our last trip! Good for you if you get to it on the first day!! Hmmm, maybe after your lunch at Carthay Circle?

Have fun planning!!

Should be fine for 3:20 ressies. For maximum effect, save RSR for if/when you can get fastpasses.

Trek thru Cars Land without RSR, still plenty to see and do. Cozy Cone drinks are coolios.
Wine Bar is fun. Try to hit up Toy Story, Soarin, and others too.

RSR - I know everyone's jazzed about the ride. But for 1 minute of fun, it's not necessarily something to ruin vacay days over. Once you've ridden it once for the experience, it doesn't need to be ridden again.

RSR fast passes will likely be gone by the time you arrive, and TSM doesn't have FP, so I would wait for a later day to do those.

Aladdin show is at 12:40 and at 2:20, so either one of those might work out for you. Depending on which Aladdin show you might see, you could possibly get FPs for Soarin and then also for Screamin once your Soarin FP return time is reached (or reverse order for these two attractions).

For example, ideal might be something like this -- get Soarin FP at 12:15 (return time probably about 1:45-2:45), go to 12:40 Aladdin show, 1:45 get Screamin FP (return time probably about 2:45-3:45), 2:00 ride Soarin. 2:45 ride Screamin. (Possibly stroll CarsLand during any free time in there.)

I also think you stand a good chance of getting an evening fastpass for RSR. I would definitely look first before pulling one for a different ride.
