So I wanted to play around with rooms for our upcoming trip and wanted to be logged in to hopefully trigger a pin (I know- wishful thinking!!!!) I am not sure if I have ever been logged into the new site since our last trip was right before it changed. It won't let me log in, didn't send me an email when I requested password (thinking maybe I was wrong), and when I tried to just create a new account it says it is unable to do that at this time. They do have a phone number that I can call. I HATE calling places! (Really an irrational fear of mine.) So I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or if I really do have to call... Thanks!

I have had the same problem. I called even though I don't like going through the automated system before I get to talk to a person. I made an account and it wouldn't let me log on. I called and they got everything straightened out. I had not logged on in a while so that may be what is wrong with your account.
