Website trouble for passholder section

Is anyone else unable to log onto the passholder section of the Disney website? Just checking to see if others have had this problem before I call and wait on the phone for an answer. Thanks.
 
I was having problems logging in.....My pass# & info is stored, so I was thinking that I could just hit the "submit" button & I should be logged in. Well, every time I clicked the submit button, it was saying that my passholder # was wrong.

After checking my number, I saw that in the "Year" box, it said 2005, when it should have just been "05"

If your info is stored, you may want to check to make sure that it's not messing up the "year" box.

Thanks for the response - I've had that trouble before, but this time I try to log in, and then all I get is a message about a system error on the Disney site. I guess I'll just break down and call them.

I can log on with my pass and my kids' passes, but not my husbands. Tried several times. I booked to rooms with mine, so I didn't have to call. Let us know what happens.
 

I was having trouble recently and was getting the system error message too.

We had just renewed our AP's and have the green vouchers to use to activate when we go down. I had been trying our old AP number and decided for kicks to try the number on the back of the vouchers and it worked. So if you have just renewed your AP's and have the vouchers to activate, try the number on those. You might have to decypher the number to match what they require, it is not in the same order as on the AP's, but it worked for me.
 
I've had that problem ever since I got our AP's in May. I was just able to login today for only the second time since I got our AP's and I always use the same information so I know it's not a data entry thing. I usually end up frustrated and just call, lol.
