Website to make those cute clipart cheerleaders??

NurseKim made me the cutest DIS-CON cheerleader last year. But somehow I lost her. Anyone know where the website is for making these?? The one I went to was NOT for making cute cheeleader clipart! Yikes!!

you need to save her and then find a place to 'host' her (like pics) so you can put her in your signature.
I have no idea where to host my stuff anymore...maybe someone on the tech board can help you!
I'm so sad that I will be missing DIS Con this year!
