Website to check on owner of villa?

I thought on the board awhile ago a link to check on owners of villas to see if they're real or not but now I can't find it! I'm looking at one in the lindfields that have owners from the U.K. HELP PLEASE!

BUMP!!! The one i'm looking at one at 3003 Viscount Circle, Lindfields, Kissimmee, Florida Anyone ever stayed there??? I just wanted to make sure it's legit! TIA!

I am not sure exactly of what you are asking but here is a web site to search the public records from Orange County, FL:

http://officialrecords.occompt.com

You should be able to check the owners NAME to verify they own property in Orange County.....I know that DVC ownership is listed with Orange County. I am not sure if Kissimmee is part of Orange County though.
