Website problems past 2 days

Anyone else having issues with booking on the website? I've tried both yesterday and today and I get to a certain point (today I got further than yesterday - it let me add guest names) and then I get a message that the service required to complete my request is not available.
 
I've been getting that, too...really frustrating to get all the way through the labyrinth of clicks only to get that service failure message and not know if it actually made a reservation, took points, etc. The last time this happened I thought I'd made a reservation and then got the service failure message and I looked an hour later and there was no reservation in my upcoming vacations so I made another one and then a few hours later both showed up. Grrr.
 
I ran into this issue this morning too. I was finally able to book though.

I've been having that for months if a booking isn't completed quickly. I just put one name down and then email or call DVC to add or change names.
 
(laughing) - just the last two days? :). There IS no website.... there IS a fairly sad experiment, with you as the Guinea Pig :).

Now seriously.... none of this HAS to happen. WDW could just outsource to Amazon Web Services, and everything would just work. All the time.
