I was hoping for a BLT offer but the AKV prices are great!

took a quick look only at Resale prices : still seem to look alot better than these incentive prices for AKV.

There's a 100 pt contract I saw for same price per point as
400 pt add-on incentive price per point.

There is a BLT incentive, my guide just EMAILED me. 160pts= $10 off. Pretty lousy if you ask me. The standard incentive was already $5.

DH is thinking. We're not overly fond of AKV due to the location (being very far away from everything) and not sure if we really want to own there because we probably won't stay there very often.

well, they also promised NOT to change your use year over the life of the contract!

(that was pretty much when i knew it wasn't going to be all that great...)

ICK! We are looking for another 125. That's no where near enough to make me take the plunge right now. Would sooner add-on at SSR.

Oh well. So much for my Christmas gift BAH! HUMBUG!

But resale has closing costs. Direct won't so it would be close to a wash and no waiting for ROFR or trying to find the correct UY.

I thought the specials were decent and I would bet they also apply to VGC and SSR but a call to your guide would confirm.

I was hoping for a BLT incentive, but I guess we'll have to wait until next year to see if that ever materializes. I'm disappointed, but I guess it's all for the best. I had decided after my last add-on that I was done for a long time. Now my bank account can relax.

It would make no sense from a business standpoint to offer more incentives on BLT when it is selling so well and DVC is all business.
