I'm just starting to think about getting clothes ect sorted for our trip on 10th July, what is the weather generally like round about that time. Is is warm enough for shortsr???

Hehe... I saw this post under "New Posts" and clicked on it (without knowing what forum it was for). When I read "will it be shorts weather on July 10th?" I thought Holy Cow, It will be human sauna weather in Orlando on July 10th.... then I saw you were talking about Paris!

Ooooops!! My Bad! :rotfl2:

keep an eye on thsi site

http://www.zoover.co.uk/france/ile-de-france/disneyland-paris-marne-la-vallee/weather

Only showing upto 9th of July and its top of 24degrees phew! :yay:
Thank god i didnt go today been up around 95 degrees!

85 degrees

It's when it's 36° that it's 95..don't wish us any hotter than it is please :lmao:;)

It's tomorrow that it's going to be fun, 33°/92

Least at Disney you have a bit of air, in Paris it will feel like 37°/98 :scared1: and it's only end of June

I'm also going to DLP on the 10th, so might see you there!

I'm currently using www.meteoprog.co.uk for long range forecasts - its currently got Paris weather up to 11th July (forecasting sunny, 27-28C for both 10th and 11th).

I used to use Metcheck, but that site seems screwed up at the moment.

In the hotels at Disney, they stick up forecasts for the next day in reception - trouble is, when I went, they were wrong every day.

But I would take all weather forcasts with a pinch of salt - there was a study done some years ago, and it found that if you assume the weather tomorrow is going to be the same as the weather today, then you will be right more often than the weather forcaster! :rotfl:

Where are you staying??

Yep, we were planning on WDW this year, but DS still isn't really ready for the rides yet, so thought we would have a cheaper UK holiday this year in London. Then we thought we would tag a couple of days to Chessington onto that (using up the last week of our Merlin AP). Then we thought, why not have a few days at DLP too - and then decided to splash out for the Disneyland hotel (because we said if we ever came back to DLP, we would have to stay there). Everythiing started adding up a bit more here, a bit more there - even booked Lion King musical tickets, and seeing as the cheapest seats were near £50 each, decided to splash out on top price tickets. We never usually act like flash ******* , but we thought what the hell for once!:cool1:

The whole holiday is costing over 4 grand - could have gone to Florida anyway for that money, then gone again next year! Just glad we have got our Merlin passess, otherwise we may have got close to 5 grand!

But I have been looking forward to this year's holiday more than any other holiday since my honeymoon back in 94.
