We are leaving in 2 days for a brief adults only trip. We were there with kids in tow 3 weeks ago and not 1 drop of rain! Now looking at the forecast - I fear we may not be that lucky this time... Anyone there now that can give some insights would be greatly appreciated! Of course a rainy day at Disney is still better than a sunny day at work!;);)

Have relatives there now. There was quite bit of rain three days ago but otherwise it has been normal summer pattern of a couple brief storms a day and otherwise fine except hot.

We came back on Thursday. The entire week we were there, it forecast showers and thunderstorms every single day but we only got rain two of the nights. One night, it lasted, one and off for about 2 hours. The other night, it was a 20 minute downpour and then it was fine.

Thanks! I know you can never trust Florida Weather reports. But when it forecasts 50 and 60% chances I get nervous!

The key to this trip is "Adults only"... MUCH easier to adapt to inclement weather. Hint, hint... ;)

It's summertime in Florida, so expect hot, humid and some brief rain showers every once in a while. Enjoy your vacation.:cool1::banana:

We are still here at WLVs. Sunday 80 percent of showers and boy did the sky open early in the morning. It rains on and off all day - briefly.
Sometimes by the time you take out your poncho or get ready to leave the pool, the rain stops.

Don't forget, it might rain at the resort you are staying but not at one of the parks, et.

Enjoy your adult only trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
