We are visiting November 2 - 9th. How is the weather, and how are the crowds??

We have been to the world four times in november and the best advice I can give you is to make sure you take along some cool weather clothing. I call november a moody month. We never know what we will be in for. Twice we have gone at the end of the month and it was lovely weather. Twice we went at the beginning of the month and it was actually cooler. In 2000 we were visiting the week before Thanksgiving and it was absolutely fridgid. They couldn't keep sweatshirts and jackets in the gift shops long enough. LoL We love november though because we don't do the extreme heat of Florida very well. As for the crowds they are practically non-existant. We usually walk right on to the attractions with little or no waiting time. If you're like us and can't take the heat november will be good for you. Have a super time.

I also found November to be a moody month, but the weather was not too hot nor too cold. It rained a bit, but that cleared out the parks of the crowds that had built up.

I think that you are going during the famed "Jersey Week". We were there last year at this time. The weather was nice during the day, cool enough for jackets and jeans in the evenings. We were in the pool practically every day.

As for the crowds, it depends on when you are used to going. Some of the rides had really short waits (no longer than 5 minutes) while other rides had longer waits (up to 20 minutes). In Disney terms, these are short waits if you are used to the spring or summer. Remember also that the parks are closed a lot earlier than in the summer. I think this results in some of the longer lines.

We found it really enjoyable. So enjoyable that we will be returning this year around this same time. You will love it!

I was there Nov 2 to 4 last year, it was well into the 80's. On the other hand, I was there for Veteran's Day weekend one year and it was only in the 60's. Be prepared for anything.
