weather in nov

hi its been a while since we've been and i cant quite remember what weather was like when we were there before in nov....we are going from 18th for week...how cold is it then? i know dec was cold but cant quite remember if nov was too? ps we dont mind it being cold! x

We've been quite a few times in November and most times the weather was cold sometimes icy but not too bad. Through the day we sometimes got away with a light coat other times we needed hats scarfs and gloves, the only year we found it really cold was end of November 2010 but it was exeptionally cold in England/Europe as well then. We normally take thermals/boots etc just in case.

It is always cold, sometimes freezing sometimes not so bad. The key is layers so you can add or take off as you need to. Especially as the shops and hotels are always roasting inside! Definitely have a hat, gloves and scarf with you because once you've been outside for a while or queueing for a ride you start to feel the cold! Warm comfortable footwear is also a must. If my feet are cold it doesn't matter what the rest of me is wearing!

We've had mixed weather on our 2 trips. 2009 was a warm start to November so most people, including us, were caught out when the temps dropped to near freezing. Everywhere you looked people were buying hats, gloves and fleeces. Last year however we went early November and the temps were getting near 20c, short sleeves for the whole trip.

That's what I use don't forget though to put Chessy in the search rather than Paris as it is DLP and there will always be a 2/3° difference between them with Paris being warmer
