Weather in March.......

Just arranged a quick weekend away with my girls in the middle of March :jumping4: :jumping4:

Was wondering if anyone has been there around St. Patrick's Day and what was the weather like?

Thinking I will be packing jeans instead of shorts.

I would pack shorts and a couple pairs of slacks. We've gone the last week of March many times and it has always been shorts weather....really beautiful. Sometimes the evenings get cool enough for slacks and a jacket but many years we've not needed a jacket at all. You'll be a week or two before that time but I think you'll have lots of nice weather.

We were there from March 1-8 earlier this year. It was the best vacation we ever had. We couldn't have asked for better weather. We didn't have a drop of rain and the temperatures were perfect. We were fine with shorts and t-shirts but it wouldn't hurt to pack a sweatshirt or sweater for the evenings. Have a magical trip!!!

Good information. Thanks. In all of the umpteen jillion times I've been to WDW, I've never been in March. We'll be making our first March trip this Spring. We'll be there from 3/5-3/9.

Just so you know, as someone who lives in South florida and takes the March trip as the "highlight" trip of the year....................the weather is very unpredictable in terms of temps. it should be pretty dry, but we went on our anniversary 2 years ago and it was so cold we had to go buy winter clothes at some stores around Orlando (I didnt even own a pair of jeans ( live in South florida and I dont think it gets cold enough down this far, 80 degrees today). However, you can expect temps from the low 80's with somewhat low humidity to temps in the 50's. nights will be cool, count on that though.

Oh, you are SOOOOO lucky to be going in March!!!! I am truly jealous. I would give anything to go then, we went on our first trip then and it was just stupendous for weather. We're going in April, to coincide with school vacation, but just one month makes all the difference. March is mid 80's and dry, just beautiful. You will LOVE it!!!

I was there this past March for the last few days and first couple of April. The weather was beautiful (around 80), but one day it was a litlle chilly and we needed a light jacket.
