Can we swim? Or will it be jeans and sweatshirts for the week. Anything of course is better than being at work. :)

You will definitely be able to swim. I've been there in late March for the past 3 years, and every year it gets as warm as mid 80's during the day. At night you may end up wearing jeans and a light jacket, but it is almost never "cold".

I agree with jellydisney....lots of sunshine but the evenings still can be cool after a day in the heat. We are usually fine with shorts and a sweatshirt.
Just noticed that goofymom/pop are Compassion International sponsers..so are we!

We have visited the first week of April the last 3 years. Each year we had 1 or 2 days that were rainy and in the 50s all day - definitely jeans and sweatshirt weather. The other days of the week were nice - highs in the 70s (occasional low to mid 80s) - the lows would be in the upper 40s or 50s. It was chilly after sun down - or before sun up if you are an early morning person like me.

You will definitely be able to swim during daytime.

Thanks everyone!! Glad to know that we may get some pool time in and 80s is plenty warm enough for me, esp in March.

Scran.....my compassion child is in Mexico. I hope your child wasn't over in Asia, I cannot imagine if he were there how upset we would be. We just got a bunch of letters this week written by his Mom and teacher. What a thrill! Wish I was rich I would sponser a few more. :)
