weather in late Dec/early Jan in Western Carribean

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had info about the weather in the Western Carribean during the Christmas/New Year holiday? Unfortunately we won't be on a Disney cruise but we will be on a cruise. Any info would be helpful.
