Hello,

We are going to Disney World for our first time the second week in February, was wondering if anyone could tell me what the weather may be like.

Ashlee :cool1:

The weather may be an issue last year there were days in the low 40s in orlando. I would think it would be to chilli for water parks. At night the temps can drop into the 40 or high 30s if its a cold year like last year

It could be warm or cold in February. When we went a few years ago we needed sweatshirts in the morning and at night and I wore jeans or cropped pants but during the day tshirts were fine. One day it was really chilly and we wished we had coats but mostly it was lovely. Too cold for the water parks though.:scared1:

Thank You SO Much!!!

Yep, we weren't planning on doing the water parks this time, the boys are hoping to get to dive in the pools, but I told them we would just have to see, so sounds like I just need to pack a little of everything.

Thanks again...

Ashlee

We went last February. On the day that we arrived it was in the low 40's. Coming from New England, my son and I went swimming anyway in the heated pool at the Polynesian. ;) It sure was cold getting out, though.

We were in winter jackets at the beginning of the week, but by the end of the week it reached the mid-70s. My son and I had a fantastic time one day at the end of the week at Typhoon Lagoon! The crowds were the lowest we've ever seen there, and the weather was absolutely perfect.

We'll be there about the same time, too.:cool1:From any post or book I've read the suggestion is to dress in layers.:laundy:Coming from the west coast of Canada, that is something I do everyday. Anyways, sounds like we need to be prepared for almost anything...except hurricaines!!

Yes, the weather can be really up and down and I have experienced all temps on several trips down there. one suggestion I would make is make is to bring a pair of small strechy gloves. you probably won't need them all day, but in the morning and at night the dampness can set it and be a little chilly. I will probably be there in Jan if not Feb this year myself and I will pack a little bit of everything and layers. Even if it is chilly the pools and hot tubs are warm and I have gone swimming many times.. get extra towels since it is chilly getting out. Have Fun!:)
