Weather in feb.

Our first cruise was in late Feb and the weather was great. We're from Oregon though so it doesn't take much to beat our February weather.. regardless I was in sundresses every day and happy in a swimsuit all day long on CC though we only snorkeled for 45 min or so before I was cold. I'm almost always cold though... I finally bought a long sleeve rash guard and that has helped more than anything to keep me in the water longer.

We did it twice (end of Feb, early Mar) and won’t do it again. We found it chilly up on deck and the wind/breeze was cool to cold. I found myself in a sweatshirt more than I’d hoped. The ports were fine and CC water wasn’t too cold (we’re from CT), but the onboard experience wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like.

It honestly depends on the day in February. Some times its Warm and pleasant (70's/80's) some times its super cold. We were on a March Cruise in 2020 before the shut down and it was FREEZING even on Castaway. High for the day was only 68. We used our towels as blankets on Serenity bay and only lasted about half the day before heading back to the ship.

We cruised in late February--cold and windy. Castaway Cay day was 55 degrees with a 30 mph wind. We went ashore, had lunch and went right back. Both beaches were almost empty; saw about four people in the water. Back onboard it felt really crowded.

We have done a couple of February cruises both early to mid February and the weather was good. Not hot but warm enough. In 2019 the weather was perfect mid 70’s to low 80’s every day but we got lucky. Remember the captain saying it had been overcast and rainy the last few weeks at CC but it was a gorgeous day for us! We were able to swim at all the ports. A few years before we did a February cruise it was a little chilly but still able to swim at CC.

We did a 5 night (Cozumel and CC) out of Miami, Presidents week both 2014 and 2015. In 2014 it was beautiful warm weather the whole cruise, while 2015 was warm enough in Cozumel, but other days they were giving out blankets on deck. We also didn't make it to CC in 2015, but went to Nassau instead. We just stayed on the ship because it was so chilly and windy.

So, what I'm getting at is it can vary.
