Weather and crowd levels for September at Aulani

Could anyone whose gone to Aulani in the beginning of September tell me what I can expect weather wise and also what are the crowds at the pool like? I've read threads about how people have to get down to the pool by 7:00 am to get a lounge chair, and I was hoping that since we're going the second week in September, most families with children will not want to pull them out of school then, which might reduce the chance of this problem. Any thoughts?

Been to Aulani twice in that time frame. Weather is perfect. Crowds in my experience were non existent. We did the tourist thing in the am (we rented a car both times) and then went back to the resort to enjoy, most of all, the lazy river. Go and have a great time!!

We have also gone in September. Great weather, low crowds and liked it better than April.

Thanks so much for your quick replies! I'm so glad to hear that I won't have to worry so much about getting a lounge chair at the pool and that the weather should be nice!

Once Labour Day is over the crowds die down. We were there Thursday to Thursday over the long weekend. They first few days were busy but come Monday mostly everyone went home. The last few days were wonderful. No problem finding chairs and no lines anywhere.

Weather was very nice.
