We were picked for the parade today!

We were eating lunch at Pizzafari and a cast member came over and started chatting with us. He asked me how old my daughter was and I said 6 years ok dang said I was hoping you would say that ! Then proceeded to ask us if we would like to ride on Mickeys float in the parade.....in you bet I would!!! We are a group of thirteen so my dh, myself, my 3 kids, my mom & MIL all rode on Mickeys float , my brother, SIL & nephew rode on Goofeys and my sister, niece & nephew rode on Donald's. There were two photo pass photographers that were set up along the parade route that took our pictures, we got special photo pass cards that will allow us the pictures for free! It was an amazing day!

My DN and I had a similar thing happen about 10 years ago and it's still one of our best Disney memories! In our case we were waiting to meet Goofy when a cast member approached us.
