And that is one bad place to be if you are a collector... But as we were looking around at some of the Big Figs... We noticed the Little Fifs. The ones with the little hidden place in the base for a pin or something. Well as we looked we started to like them. We are thinking of starting a collection of these.

My questions are... Does anyone here collect them? Do they hold up over time?

Thank you....

HI Nat,

I only have one of the figures, but I think it's fantastic. It's Maleficent and she is engineered in such a way that when you turn the base to reveal the pin inside, her head turns to look at it. She almost seems to be saying, " Keep out, you mortals!" Very cool, especially since I'm a big Maleficent fan. There is a lot of detail also. I love mine.

I have the Jack Skellington one. It has held up fine. I've only had it for about a year though. I will have the Maleficent shortly.

I have the Alice and Wonderland one, it's two years old (it was the first one of these we ever saw) and it's still perfect. My parents collect these too and all of them are wonderful too. If someone is looking for a list of what was available, these are the ones they have.

Jiminy Cricket
Sorceror Mickey
Tinkerbell
Dopey
Roger Rabbit & Jessica
Nifty 90's Mickey (He's wearing a brown suit)
Beauty & the Beast
Bambi
Maleficent

Ummm...I think that's all they have, but I feel like I'm missing one.

Hope you are forgetting Jack Skellington with Zero, his ghost dog, as the pin.

Nat - You're right. That store is a VERY dangerous place!!!!!!!! My CC company LOVES it when I go in there!

I didn't forget Dom, I was only listing the ones my parents have, and they don't have Jack Skellington. I forgot my grammar school lessons and didn't make which "they" I meant clear.

I be edjukated engineer. :)

I have Tinker Bell and she is fine. However, when I was looking for her at my DS, the CM and I went through 4 boxes and they were all broken. Even the pins were broken. They must have thrown that shipment off a truck. :p

A friend bought it for me at his DS and sent it to me. Nice to have friends like that. :D

After some head-scratching, I guessed that "Big Figs" refers to big figures. But what the heck are "Little Fifs"? I'm going bald trying to "figure" out the second abbreviation?
