I've been thinking of you and the name of this thread tonight. My neighbor is cooking something that smells awfully tasty. So far, I've managed to avoid breaking down their door and yelling I smelled it...

If you can find the link that would be great, thanks! And have yourself a great trip ... nothing like a week at WDW and a week on the Magic! There are a large number of people cruising next October the week of 10/24 - 10/31 (Eastern itinerary) and I can vouch for them all being a very friendly and fun group. Any chance you might re-book for next year while you're on your cruise this month? :rolleyes1

Hmmm..... the 2009 cruise... we are def booking something onboard this time around... just dont know what it will be.... looking for maybe a repo, baltic, med, in 2010.... but nothing is ever ruled out... i would take a 7 day on the magic if they sailed out to sea for 3.5 days and sailed it back 3.5 days... :thumbsup2

At this point we are thinking of spending a week in WDW in Oct 09... We are getting AP's this time around (awesome price for DVC members) and are hoping to go down once for our birthdays 2/29 for him 3/19 for me... and once for our wedding anniversary 10/12... But like I said, nothing is set in stone yet...

Cant wait for your TR... Are you bringing Planky? Do you post live? :confused3

We've been thinking about booking next year for one of the cruises on the new ship, but that will depend on a lot of thing.

I love the Eastern itinerary because it starts out with two full days at sea - it's very relaxing. And Jay and I really like St. Martin which is the first port of call (St. Thomas is the other).

I think that Planky may come with us but his appearances will likely be limited ... we've done just about everything we can with him at WDW. And as for live updates ... it takes me so long to write one review that I'd never leave the room. And I hate the hassel of dragging a laptop with me on vacation, especially with airport security being what it is.

So you guys will just have to wonder about all the fabu food we're stuffing our faces with starting with lunch at Earl of Sandwedge on Wednesday. ;)

And thanks for the links! :goodvibes

I *love* the title of your review! My poor dad had dental surgery on friday and i told him about your review. Since then he has been yelling at my mom and i that he smells what we are cooking but CANT eat it LOL.

We'll be in WDW shortly after you, Oct 24th - Nov 3rd. Looking forward to your reviews! :thumbsup2

I am just getting on board and it's already page 13??? Disgraceful!!!

It's late, I'll have to catch up tomorrow... but HI!

Melissa

Hi there and thanks for stopping by! Your poor dad ... I hope he feels better soon, but at least he's got a healthy sense of humor! :thumbsup2

Have a great trip later this month. :goodvibes

Hey there Mel! Plenty of time to get on board with the new feeding frenzy ... no rush! Glad to see you here! :goodvibes

Sorry bud, no spa on this trip ... gotta save money somewhere. ;)

I saw that post earlier and the hubby and I are none too pleased. I'll be sure to report back once we get home on the 17th but like you, this messes up our carefully laid plans if it's true for all Epcot evening EMHs during the festival.

My list of items that I'm going to have to take up with Disney after this trip keeps getting longer and longer. If this keeps up it will end up being a disertation. :rotfl2:

I almost just spewed coffee everywhere! If you need any extra sources to cite in your dissertation, or if you'd like to make this a 'class action' let me know, because I have a few choice words I'd like to share with them too! Not that any other time in the past has made a difference! So maybe there's strength in numbers!

Ok, I'm finally caught up. I worked this weekend and couldn't find the time. I'll be thinking of you on Wednesday while you are at the EOS. Love it, especially the Earl's Club!

Well, DH and I are really missing WDW this fall. I'm mean, we've already been twice this year, but we really need the fall trip so much. But he did say "We are going next year, without the kids, in the fall" Now I'm going to try to convince him to do mid-October so we can maybe meet up!

Of course, this all depends on what happens with DH's company, who is owned by AIG :(

We'll see.....:scared1:

I can't wait for this. Brenda and Jay are going to WDW Food and Wine Festival food review. YEAH, you leave so soon.

I'm in!

I can't believe how long this report is and you haven't even left yet!!!

Brenda, I didn't realise you'd started your new thread until tonight! How could I have missed 13 pages? Maybe because DH and I just returned from WDW on Saturday. First time we've visited in September/October and first time at the F&WF! We had a great trip, we stayed in a studio at SSR and we managed to visit Pleasure Island on its last night (but the Adventurer's Club was full). EOS was our first port of call after we checked in too, I had the Tuna Melt and DH had the Earls Club.

Roll on April, I'll be there on my birthday too - can't wait to claim my gift card! :yay:

:worship: Brenda's goin' back! Have a great, food-filled trip...we'll be waiting :cool2:

I'm in!!! I can't wait to hear about the F&W festival... Your report is great so far! Sounds like you're all gonna have a great time! I'm looking forward to reading it!

PS. I'm another one of those 10/17 birthday girls too (I think I even have the same year! - if this is your last 30th birthday year... we do!)

I love to make people spew ... sheesh, that sounded bad, didn't it? :lmao:

We'll have to compare notes once I get back ... I'm hopeful that on the whole things will be better than we expect them to be.

Hopefully you guys will make it back to WDW next Fall and we can all meet up for a tasty drink somewhere. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your DH ... it's a scary time for a lot of people - I hope we all make it through this in one piece. :scared:

Hi Laura! Glad to see you here on the new thread! Woo hoo we leave in less than two days! :woohoo:

I'm in!

I can't believe how long this report is and you haven't even left yet!!!

Hey there! Glad to see you've joined us! There's no way that we can match the gastronomic feats that you and your hubby performed this summer, but we'll try. ;)

I'm tickled to see how long it's become already ... it's just adding to our excitement. We can't wait to go and eat and drink and then come back and tell you guys all about it! :thumbsup2

I'm so happy to see you posting here and hooray for you finally making it to F&W! We're staying in a studio on this trip, too ... a first for us since we normally spread out in a 1-bedroom unit (one room for us ... one room for our stomachs). Mmmmm....Earl of Sandwedge ... I'm so hungry right now I think I could eat one of every item on their menu. ;)

:worship: Brenda's goin' back! Have a great, food-filled trip...we'll be waiting :cool2:

Hey stranger, how've you been? Good to see you on the new thread and thanks for the good trip wishes ... I hope to have lots and lots of food porn to share with everyone! :goodvibes

Welcome to the madness! And yes indeedy this is my final 30th birthday so we must have the exact same birthdate. :thumbsup2

Happy early birthday to you, fellow 10/17-er! :flower3:

If we don't bump into each other on the BOB before you leave I hope you have a FANTABULOUS time gorging yourself! Bring back lots of piccies please!!!!
