We moved into our new house. But my grandfather died and I got bad news about my Dad.

We've been in our new house for a little over a week and it's wonderful. I love everything about the area, people are sooo nice here and it's beautiful.

But we found out last Friday that my Dad has been diagnosed with Parkinsons, very early stages though. They said that with medication he should be able to drastically slow it down and since they caught it so early (do to arm termors) it's very good for his prognosis. Still very scary though.

Then on Saturday my grandfather died. He had Althmizers(sp?) and has been out of it for years but it's still sad that he's gone.

So I guess it's true that you have to take the good with the bad.

My poor sister was in WDW and came home to all the bad news, she had a great trip though which is good. I felt so bad having to double whammy her with bad news.

If you could send some good thoughts towards my mom, I can't imagine finding out your husband has Parkinson's and your Dad died all in 2 days.

Prayers for your entire family, especially for your dear Mom, who has REALLY been hit by a double whammy. She obviously has an extraordinary daughter in you for caring for her so much. God knows she needs all the support she can get right now.
