we leave on october 25 and didn't receive our ressie paper

I origainally did receive paper work from okw but then our waitlist came through with
bcv but that was about maybe 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago, should i call MS
about this or do I just show our dvc card at check in and then they should have all the info??

They should. You can always print off your reservation with your confirmation number from DVCMember.com

I agree with DVC Mike, just print your reservation information form the DVC website. I do it everytime I make a reservation just so I have a handy list of my current reservations just in case I need them when making ADRs.
