Just as my title states, every time we are at Disney World we say we’re Disney'd out for while, and that it'll be a while before we come back...well this is time number 3 in 20 months...so obviously we need to stop saying we aren't coming back.

Cast of Characters:
Me(Tori)-I am a 23 year old, administrative assistant for the State of Iowa, the day that I'm typing this out is my second day with the state and I really enjoy my job. I got laid off at the beginning on February, but no worries the trip was all paid for before that happened so we were going whether I had a job or not, but then I got this job last Friday and it makes things much easier. I love everything Disney and my DH and I even had a Disney themed wedding. I love to scrapbook and whenever I have free time you can normally find me in my scrapbook room. DH and I own a townhouse but we are currently looking for a new house because of three reasons, two of them are our dogs, Molly and Maggie the second being we need more storage space. Molly was born in May 2010, and she is black lab/border collie mix, so the breed is called borador, Maggie is our three year old shih-tzu who is a ball of energy still, both of the dogs need a back yard to run in. We are actually looking at just renting our townhouse out to my dad, my dad owns his own business and business is slower these days so he wouldn’t be able to buy it so we are working on an agreement for him to rent it. All of that was way off topic but thought you all should know something about us.
This is me:

DH(Brandon)-He is a 24 year old, lab technician, at a nutritional lab. He actually interviewed for a better, higher paying position at a different lab in town and he should here tomorrow, so we are both on pins and needles. He also works about 8 hours per week at Walgreens as a pharmacy technician.
Here is a pic of DH and I on our last trip:

Details of when and where:
So now that you know the cast of characters you are probably wondering when and where this is all happening. The when is the easy part we are leaving our house at 3:00 in the morning on May 7, 2011 and driving to the Kansas City Int’l airport and flying Southwest since it’s faster(no non-stops to MCO from Des Moines) and cheaper(if you don’t include parking at the airport). Our flight leaves MCO at 7:35 in the morning and we are supposed to arrive at 11:15am. We will be on Disney property from May 7-15, 2011. The first day/night we are staying at Boardwalk Inn in a Concierge room. We have never stayed Concierge anywhere so feel free to give me advice as I go along. The next seven nights we are booked at Villas at Wilderness Lodge through a DVC member on the boards who has been ultra helpful in the planning of this vacation. We stayed at VWL last May when were there, we wanted to stayed at BWV, but they were all booked up when we booked our reservation and we really enjoyed VWL so that is where we ended up. We are using the DDP at VWL, and we bought our tickets through Undercover Tourist.

Up Next..Dining reservations, there are 9 total for the 8 days.

Yup- us too. September 2008 was our last trip for a while....hahaha. Yeah- then came free dining extended for December 2009-we always wanted to do Christmas.... so THAT would be our last one for a while. Then came the big family trip in Sept 2010... we didn't want to be the only ones not going. So, I gave up on the idea that we were all Disney'd out, and booked April 1-10 this year. Just admit that there is no such thing as too much Disney... and have fun!!!

Dining! We have 9 reservations for 8 days.

May 7, 2011-This is arrival day and we do not have park tickets for this day so since we are booked Boardwalk Concierge, we plan to take full advantage of the concierge lounge and hang out at the Luna Pool as much as we can, since we are only there one night. That night for dinner we have reservations at Yachtsman Steakhouse. It is one of our favorite places now and we try and go at least once per trip.

May 8, 2011-This is our first park day so we have a reservation at 6:50 at Rose and Crown, we hope to get a seat by the window to watch Illuminations, yes that means we will be sitting there for two hours but I am fine with that, my DH and I have not seen Illuminations since we got engaged in March 2006, so I would like to see it again.

May 9, 2011-We are eating dinner at Garden Grill in the Land Pavilion on this day. We at hear before and really enjoyed it, we cannot wait to go back. One of our favorite restaurants used to be Liberty Tree Tavern, but before they took the characters away and Garden Grill serves the same kind of food and the characters are a hoot. I also like the revolving restaurant, because you get to see different parts of Living with the Land.

May 10, 2011-This day we are spending the morning at Animal Kingdom doing the couple of things over there that we always do, so lunch is at Yak & Yeti. We love the fried green beans there, my husband doesn’t eat vegetables of any kind and he loves the green beans here.

May 11, 2011-This one we are still undecided about, I was looking back at my past pictures and this restaurant sounded really yummy. So I went ahead and booked it. It is 50s Prime Time Café, and this one is fun and quirky and the food is always good.

May 12, 2011-On this day we are eating at Teppan Edo and this is one that we really enjoy. The only thing I don’t like about it is eating with other people. DH and I are types of people we like to enjoy a meal together, not that it isn’t fun sitting around the hibachi with the chef preparing a good meal and a meal that is entertaining, and we would just rather have a private hibachi.

May 13, 2011-This next one is a restaurant we have not eaten at before but it has gotten rave reviews hear on the Dis. It is Les Chefs de France, and the menu looks really good. This may be one restaurant that we pay out of pocket for the Lobster Bisque or French Onion soup. DH is excited to try the macaroni and cheese and I am excited to have the steak hear. I’m a girl from the Midwest and I like a good steak.

May 14, 2011-This day we have two reservations at the same restaurant for different times of the day. We are eating breakfast and dinner, the place is Ohana. My favorite character is Stitch so I wanted to eat breakfast with him and his friends. We have eaten the breakfast before and it was pretty good. Then at dinner we are eating at Ohana as well, we have never had the dinner hear but it always gets good reviews on the Dis.

That is the end of our dining reservations; obviously we will also eat at Counter Service places too. Our favorite CS place that we found on our last trip was as you enter Epcot and are heading towards Canada, there is a stand there that has unique items like fried shrimp and fried chicken sandwiches. The ice cream is a coconut sundae and I love coconut so it is right up my alley. Feel free to critique my schedule

We just put an offer in on a new house, and guess what they put as the closing date...30 DAYS!!! That means we'll be moving before we go on vacation! Let the stress begin.

Ok, so they changed the closing date until after vacation, whewwww!

Also, I wanted to add that I changed our reservation for the night before the DVC reservation. We are now staying at Wildnerness Lodge in the Honeymoon Suite! This will be much easier to go from our room only to our DVC reservation, since all we have to do is go down to the lobby, check out and back in.
