We just passed ROFR

This morning we received word that Disney didn't buy back our contract for OKW. We will shortly be owners of 210 points. It was sent to Disney on October first so it took three weeks to pass ROFR. Now we are waiting for the title company to get the paper work to us. How long should we expect this stage to take? We have banked points to use before June first so we are checking the charts and dreaming!
By the way, we rented points for a stay last May at BWV and that sold us on DVC!

Sure, we bought 210 points @ $72, prorated dues for this year. All 2003 pts, most of 2002. June use year

We just passed ROFR too (it only took about 2 weeks)...220 OKW points at 65.50/point. We pay 2003 maintenance (Oct. use year) and minimal closing costs.

Now we're just waiting to close.
